Payment Terms
Yanxun Display works with B2B buyers, distributors and project customers. Payment terms are confirmed by quotation, invoice and order agreement.
Accepted payment methods
- Telegraphic transfer (T/T) is the standard B2B payment method.
- Other payment arrangements may be reviewed case by case before order confirmation.
- Bank charges and exchange-rate differences are handled according to the agreed invoice terms.
- If customers request for net terms/credit payment, Yanxun Display would let Sinosure inspect customer's credit record. At least the customer has to co-operate with Yanxun Display for at least one year with good credit record. Then Yanxun Display will decide whether to provide the customer with net terms/credit payment options, generally OA 30 days to OA 90 days ranges starting from Bill of lading date or factory goods pick-up date.
Sample payment
- Sample orders are normally paid before production or shipment.
- Sample price and freight are confirmed according to model, configuration and destination.
- Sample cost may differ from bulk order FOB price.
Bulk order payment
- Bulk orders normally require deposit before production and balance before shipment unless otherwise agreed.
- Common deposit and balance ratios are confirmed in the proforma invoice.
- Production begins after payment confirmation and final specification approval.
Price validity
- FOB prices shown to verified customers are reference business prices.
- Final price depends on model, quantity, configuration, packaging, delivery term and exchange-rate conditions.
- Yanxun Display may update quotations when component cost or order requirements change.
