Shipping and Delivery Terms
Yanxun Display supplies monitors and display products for distributors, brands and project buyers. Final shipping terms are confirmed according to destination, order quantity, packaging requirements and Incoterms agreed in the commercial invoice.
Trade terms
- FOB Shenzhen is commonly used for export orders.
- EXW and CIF terms can be discussed before order confirmation.
- Freight cost, destination charges, customs clearance and import duties depend on the buyer's destination and selected shipping method.
Sample orders
- Sample availability is confirmed by model and stock condition.
- Sample lead time normally depends on configuration, packaging and test requirements.
- Sample shipping is normally arranged by express courier or buyer-designated logistics account.
Bulk orders
- Typical MOQ starts from 100 units for regular monitor products unless otherwise confirmed.
- Orders below 1,000 units can normally be completed within about 15 days after payment and order confirmation, subject to material availability.
- OEM packaging, logo, boot logo and private-mold requirements may change lead time.
Inspection and shipment
- Products are tested before shipment according to Yanxun Display quality procedures.
- Shipment documents can include commercial invoice, packing list and other documents agreed before dispatch.
- Risk transfer follows the confirmed Incoterms on the order documents.
